Fifteen new titles have been added to the regular catalogue and will be available free of charge until March 15, 2012. Among these new titles are Caroline St-Laurent’s Caresse and Étienne de Massy’s Somnia_7. (Both artists are presenting new work this month at the Rendez-vous du cinéma québécois.) In addition, a short film co-directed by Louis Bélanger and Denis Chouinard – Le Soleil et ses traces – is now available online (note that Denis Chouinard is also presenting a film at the RVCQ).

We have also taken advantage of this opportunity to add titles to the filmography of key Vidéographe artists: five new titles by Luc Bourdon, four by Luc Courchesne and two by Jean-Pierre Saint-Louis (including Faits divers: elle remplace son mari par une T.V., made in collaboration with Linda Craig).

Please note that five videos have also been added to the section for professionals.

Finally, a new title has been added to the independent film catalogue: Matière grise by David Ferron, recipient of the 2006 Best Experimental Film award at the Canadian Student Film Festival.
